Responsibilities
Maintenance of safe, clean, organized warehouse, communicating with material handlers as needed
Scheduling and managing inbound deliveries with suppliers, carriers, and receiving group
Inventory control, goods receipts, invoice exception troubleshooting, and cycle counts
Utilizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functionality for replenishment decision making
Assist in expediting deliveries as needed when inventory inaccuracies and schedule changes occur
Support packaging operations that run 24/5 and often 24/7 with the appropriate sense of urgency
Supplier Corrective Action Requests and required material movement and follow up
Cross-functional projects, including New product development support, Develop standard operating procedures and work aid instructions for operational excellence, Coordinate trials for new packaging lines, material specifications, and suppliers, Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Preferred
Degree major in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations or related field
2 or more years of work experience in a progressively responsible inventory, operations, or production planning role
1 year of experience utilizing an ERP system
Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, understanding priorities and employing a strong sense of urgency as needed
Some infrequent evening or weekend work may be expected
