Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and systems for construction and mining equipment, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, develop concepts, and ensure timely delivery of design solutions.
Perform detailed analysis of designs to ensure functionality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
Utilize CAD tools, including Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA, to prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, schematics, and 3D models.
Conduct design reviews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support prototype development and testing phases, providing engineering expertise to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
Mentor and guide junior team members (Senior Level), fostering innovation and teamwork.
Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to incorporate into design practices.

Required
4–7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within construction or mining equipment.
8+ years of experience with proven expertise in team leadership and project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent tools.
Strong knowledge of material selection, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
