Responsibilities

Manage and lead the RFP/RFI development process with internal teams at My Code, collaborating with Sales, Sales Planning Creative Studio, Content Solutions, Marketing, and Research teams as needed.
Craft proposals that clearly communicate the strategy, creative ideas, value proposition, and My Code's capabilities in supporting the client's objectives and reaching multicultural audiences.
Collaborate with Sales Planning teams on recommended media strategies and tactics to support marketing / creative ideas.
Liaise with Account Management teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sales, including post-campaign wrap-up reports, insights, and recommendations to drive renewals and client satisfaction.
Partner with internal teams to develop industry-specific solutions as needed.

Required

5-7 years of relevant experience in ad sales marketing or integrated marketing.
Solid understanding of the media landscape, as well as content & content distribution across platforms.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with an eye for design and flair for storytelling. Copy writing experience a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and own projects from execution to ideation with minimal supervision.
Proven track record of strategic capabilities & thinking, with demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Suite and Google Suite. Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Comscore and eMarketer.
Deep understanding of the multicultural landscape.

Preferred

Experience working on retail and/or auto verticals is a plus.
Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a plus, but not mandatory.
