Responsibilities
Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, sprinkler BMS and other related systems in a new project or inspect and repair of systems in an existing building.
Work to make sure contractors' terms are fulfilled and disputes are resolved.
Manage major subcontractors and superintendents, workers, managers, and field personnel to ensure their work follows plans and is on schedule.

Required
At least 8 years' experience in the field involving various stages of construction
Strong supervisory experience
Driver's license
Safety certifications may be required depending on location and industry
Broad understanding of commercial construction
Knowledge and understanding of Labor Regulations
Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Function effectively within a team unit
Broad understanding of construction documents and drawings
Computer proficient with ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
Capable of leading and managing craft and non-craft employees
Broad knowledge of construction industry including equipment, labor, means and methods, codes, and standards
Minimum of 8 years of related construction experience
OSHA 10 certification
OSHA 30 certification
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of
Experience and confidence working in and around equipment, systems, and conditions
Motivates staff and trade contractors to perform at the highest level possible
