Responsibilities
Understand the existing middleware environment and set up the next-generation end-to-end infrastructure using AWS cloud and micro services
Design and create services and system architecture for highly available and highly scalable micro services environments in AWS cloud
Collaborate with dev and build teams to set up non-prod and prod environments with high standards
Manage and support micro services environments including capacity & topology planning, application deployments, configurations & tuning
Work closely with application support personnel to operate business critical systems

Required
5+ years of Middleware or DevOps Engineering experience
1+ year(s) of AWS experience; specifically with automation in CloudFormation, CDK or SSM
2+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere
Strong written and verbal communication skills – must be able to interact with team members and other department leaders
Primary SRE/MW background with in-depth knowledge for the below tools: Nginx, Apache WebServers, Apache Tomcat, IBM WAS 8.5+, IBM MQ 9, NodeJS, pm2 setup in HA env, Springboot, Jenkins knowledge to create pipeline using Jenkinsfile and Run jobs for deployment, Expert in Linux commands & Scripts, AWS core services: Cloudformation, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CICD of infrastructure, SSM, SG, Cloudwatch, EBS/s3
Preferred
Additional technical experience from NodeJs, Tomcat, MQ, and Linux is preferred
