Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of our iOS and Android mobile applications
Implement new features and improve existing functionality based on user feedback and product requirements
Optimize app performance, ensuring smooth user experiences and real-time interactions
Collaborate with the product team to implement the Empathy Algorithm and other proprietary technologies
Integrate analytics and tracking tools to gather user insights and improve app performance
Ensure the security and privacy of user data, adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and best practices

Required

7+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on both iOS and Android platforms
Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin (Primary Focus), React Native as a bonus
Experience with real-time messaging and community features in mobile applications
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Familiarity with healthcare-related apps and HIPAA compliance is a plus
Experience with data analytics integration in mobile apps
