Responsibilities

Collaborate with departmental leadership on a quarterly basis to set incentive plan thresholds and payout amounts that are consistent with the company compensation philosophy and monthly compensation guiding principles
Forecast incentive plan drivers/attributes by analyzing historical results and determine the impact that any changes in Company strategies might have on the forecasted incentive plan performance
Provide monthly incentive plan reporting/tracking by agreed upon due dates
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement within incentive plans and forecasting models
Review incentive plan results regularly and investigate the drivers of any variances to forecast
Assist in the completion of monthly actuals to forecast reporting by the 5th business day each month
Ad Hoc Requests/Special Projects - provide moderate to complex ad hoc financial analysis as required by the business owners

Required

Advanced level of proficiency with Excel
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an analyst role
Experience presenting to and communicating with Senior Management
Experience analyzing data patterns and trends, with a focus on creating forecasts and operational models/analysis.

Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
