Responsibilities

Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between Sunday Riley and QVC / HSN / TV retail channels, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels.
Strategic Alignment: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive account strategies that align with both Sunday Riley's brand objectives and QVC's goals.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of the account, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Team Coordination: Guide cross-functional teams internally, ensuring that marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance efforts are synchronized to meet QVC's standards and timelines.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges or obstacles within the account and develop effective solutions to address them promptly.
Business Planning: Develop annual and quarterly business plans that include sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and marketing initiatives tailored specifically for the various TV retail audiences.
Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, such as introducing new product lines, exploring new segments, or expanding into additional TV retail channels.
Promotional Strategy: Design and implement innovative promotional activities, including special events, on-air presentations, and exclusive offers that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Consumer Insights: Leverage market research and consumer data to understand customer needs and preferences, informing product development and marketing strategies.
Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Sunday Riley remains a leader in the skincare market on QVC.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at QVC, including buyers, planners, and marketing teams.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with QVC and HSN partners to co-create marketing campaigns, product offerings, and promotional events that benefit both organizations.
Regular Communication: Schedule and lead regular business reviews and meetings to discuss performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and opportunities for mutual growth.
Networking: Represent Sunday Riley at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the brand's reputation and foster new connections.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a passionate ambassador for Sunday Riley, effectively communicating the brand's values, mission, and unique selling propositions in all interactions.
Analyze sales trends and consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, optimize inventory levels, and increase conversion rates on our TV retail platform.
Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and promotional agreements with QVC to maximize profitability and secure advantageous positions for the brand.
Manage financial aspects of the account, including margins, pricing strategies, and cost efficiencies.
Ensure all products, packaging, and marketing materials comply with QVC's guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for product listings and on-air presentations.

Required

Minimum of 5-7 years of account management experience in the beauty or skincare industry, with significant experience working directly with QVC or similar retail platforms.
Deep understanding of QVC's operational processes, consumer base, and marketing channels.
Strong ability to interpret sales data, market research, and financial reports to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external partners.
Proven track record of successful negotiations that have led to mutually beneficial agreements.
Exceptional project management abilities, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a collaborative approach and a passion for driving results.
