Responsibilities

Lead responsible for the design, engineering, growth, and support of an existing Multi Service Operator (MSO) provider network. This is a carrier-grade, high availability (HA) network.

Responsible for supporting the IP network infrastructure, voice infrastructure, and transport infrastructure and ensuring continuous functionality, network security, reliability, scalability, and optimization of network resources.

Creates system optimization/performance plans to identify root cause analysis after system failures and initiate recovery plan, as well to identify growth potential on the network.

Required

Experience in design, architecture, troubleshooting, vendor engagement, and understanding all concepts of deploying and redesigning networks in a service provider environment.

Certifications CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIP

Hands-on working experience with Juniper core routing/switching

MPLS, ISIS, and setting up Virtual Connections across the network

Routing Segmentation

Experience writing a routing configuration from scratch

Currently use Fortinet firewall

Preferred

Experience with any Cisco firewall
