Responsibilities

Delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Design, implementation, assessment and support of complex networks.

Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot the issues on customer networks.

Taking over escalated issues from L1s in a timely manner & and working with various stakeholders such as customers/engineering to arrive at a swift resolution.

Give constructive feedback on the process and the tools to improvise the same.

Research alternative solutions or workarounds.

Design, implement, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and performance tune the network infrastructure based on program requirements.

Ensure network security implementation, STIGs, and security protocols are followed in accordance with program requirements as well as scalability and capacity planning.

Perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Cisco Data center assets.

Effectively work independently and in a team environment.
