Responsibilities

Configure and Install Network Hardware and Software
Design and Troubleshoot Functional Networks
Create and Implement Network Security Measures
Monitor Network Performance and improve KPI’s through proactive monitoring
Provide Network Status Reports
Demonstrate high level of professional skills and engage deployment teams at various stages of network implementation and operations
Prioritize work activities and improve MTTR
Stabilize network operations through innovative solutions and upgraded skills
Planning and co-ordination related to work window scheduling with CAB approvals
Delegate Network Maintenance Tasks
Review SOP’s and TSG’s
Audit team performance
Customer interaction
Effective communication

Required

In-depth knowledge of DNS on Infoblox
Knowledge of A record, CNAME record, and how to point one DNS name to another
Knowledge of global DNS and internal DNS
Ability to add a new Network inside Infoblox
In-depth knowledge of DHCP and DHCP migration implementation
Knowledge of IPAM inside Infoblox
Ability to create authoritative zones and forward zones
Ability to set IP as static inside Infoblox
Experience in complex routing and switching
VPN experience
Firewalls experience (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Meraki)
Understanding and configuration of QoS on Routers and Switches
Knowledge of Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static
Experience with WAN architectures: Legacy (e.g., MPLS, Metro Ethernet) and trending ones like SDWAN, advanced VPN methods
Experience in Cisco/Aruba/Meraki wireless technologies
Understanding of IOT standards and capability to deploy on-prem solutions
Experience with Ansible playbook
