Responsibilities
Consistently analyze operational data, especially leading indicators, to glean actionable insights.
Use and enhance operational standards scorecards to evaluate and prioritize performance-driven recommendations for practices.
Share regular insights with the COO, identifying both challenges and opportunities for operational growth.
Foster a continuous improvement culture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational standards.
Integrate Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas of operational waste, inefficiency, or opportunity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across practices, ensuring a consistent approach and measurable outcomes.
Regularly engage with and coach practice managers, ensuring they're equipped with the necessary insights and tools to be successful in their roles.
Act as a conduit between frontline operations and executive leadership, streamlining communication and ensuring alignment across practices.
Monitor and maintain visibility into practice commitments, progress, and the tangible impacts of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, communications, human resources, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency of recruitment and engagement strategies and policies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree/MBA is a plus.
2+ years in project management or operations, preferably in the healthcare sector or related industries.
Proficiency in data interpretation tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a knack for fostering collaboration across departments.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, coupled with a strong understanding of operational excellence.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to decipher complex operational data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies.
Proven expertise in scorecard management and performance monitoring.
Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with a history of elevating team performance.
Stellar communication skills, ensuring clarity and alignment between all levels of the organization.
Preferred
Master's degree/MBA
Experience in the healthcare sector
Experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
