Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain database models, ETL processes, and data pipelines using dbt.

Develop and maintain efficient Looker Explores and dashboards for self-service reporting of operational data.

Utilize data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in operational verticals.

Work with business partners to drive key initiatives based on data insights.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in database modeling, analytics, or a related field, with a focus on operational analytics, restaurant industry a plus.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, data modeling and analysis.

Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.

Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools for data source, dashboard development and visualization.

Solid understanding and experience in data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Experience leveraging Python for data analysis to perform simulations, what-if analysis, etc.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
