Responsibilities
Partner with program managers to establish key financial measures for business strategies
Work closely with program managers to analyze labor costs, program budgets, manage program data and conduct financial analysis, including forecasting
Conduct variance analysis & reconciliations to both forecasts and contractual program budgets
Act as a liaison between Operations and Corporate Business and financial analysis organization to answer questions and research issues
Recommend and Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested. Interpret results and develop recommended actions
Produce process documentation and identify downstream dependencies
Compile and prepare budget analysis and comparisons and provide insightful analysis with risk-mitigation recommendations
Responsible for supporting management initiatives including process standardization and simplification, financial analysis, research and reporting

Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone
6+ years of applicable experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business
