Responsibilities
Conceptualize packaging for new product launches and limited-edition flavors.
Create influencer packaging concepts and branded merchandise designs.
Update and maintain current packaging for consistency.
Oversee physical samples, proofing, and press checks.
Handle packaging color matching and develop renderings.
Work with external contractors or agencies for on-brand packaging.
Influence brand perception through outstanding design.
Revise work based on feedback and performance results.
Present packaging designs to internal leadership teams.
Interface with packaging manufacturers to achieve desired creative outcomes.
Stay updated on marketing trends to enhance visual impact.
Promote fresh thinking and strategic storytelling through visuals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in art/design preferred.
6-10 years of general creative design experience required.
4-5 years’ experience working directly for a CPG brand or within an agency focused on CPG brands preferred.
4-5 years’ experience in developing product packaging and technical design of product packaging.
Strong understanding of materials, ink, and packaging process.
Must possess an ability to work quickly on tight deadlines while upholding the highest quality output with very strong multitasking abilities.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
PDF and/or Online portfolio required.
Ability to operate independently while establishing strong work relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams.
Multi-tasker capable of managing tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
Great attention to detail, with strong skill sets in typography and composition with a positive can-do attitude.
Preferred
4-5 years’ experience working directly for a CPG brand or within an agency focused on CPG brands preferred.
