Responsibilities
Manage 5-7 B2B clients, running their paid media accounts across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Act as the account manager for the clients you manage
Develop and execute data-driven paid search and paid social strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
Manage campaign budgets, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional results that drive lead generation and ROI.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and stay current on paid media trends and platform updates.
Collaborate with clients’ internal teams (creatives, strategists) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Translate client needs into actionable campaign plans, goals, and KPIs.
Generate insightful reports and recommendations for clients, keeping them informed of campaign performance.
Go beyond top-of-funnel performance to help the client understand the down-funnel impact of the accounts/campaigns you're managing for them.

Required
3+ years of experience working in-house at a B2B tech company managing paid media campaigns.
Proven expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X Ads, Reddit) advertising.
A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and the B2B buyer journey.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients.
A passion for staying ahead of the curve on the latest paid media trends and platform updates.
The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
