Winning retained business from Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Executing on high quality searches, with some research support.
Partnering with other revenue generating Partners across the globe to leverage the brand, enabling the business to win more work.

Required
Retained search experience, with a track record of winning your own work. Minimum of $300k of independent origination.
Experience in the core markets of Private Equity portfolio search and contacts within these funds.
Ability to work independently with team mates working remotely.
Get it done mentality, focused on getting the task done to a high quality within deadlines.
