Responsibilities

Developing and refining Akamai Global Services' Service Integrator (SI) engagement strategy, focusing on delivering exceptional service.

Establishing and managing the SI engagement and enablement plan, including defining roles, responsibilities, qualification criteria, onboarding, training, and certification.

Defining and managing SI tiers and service classifications to optimize service delivery.

Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of service delivery strategies and initiatives.

Establishing and managing the technical support framework with SIs, including support tiers, RASCI, escalations, SLAs, and offerings.

Developing and enforcing processes and guidelines for customer engagement, ensuring high standards and consistency in service delivery.

Required

8 years experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, related field or equivalent.

Demonstrate knowledge and experience with cloud service delivery models while engaging with partners, enhancing strategies and practices.

Experience in developing and managing service delivery frameworks and guidelines.

Have explicit knowledge of cloud computing with proficiency in technical solution development integrating Linux into the cloud.

Be able to represent excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Maintain keen analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on service delivery.

Think strategically where your proactive and results-oriented approach marries rapport and trust building skills with stakeholders.
