Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Take complete ownership of partnership profitability and financial implications across the organization of prospective partner relationships.
Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners, including fintech platforms, financial institutions, and relevant ecosystem players.
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes that align with Yendo’s goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to build scalable co-marketing and co-product initiatives with partners.
Own the partnerships pipeline, including researching, targeting, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiations to implementation, launch, and performance tracking.
Define and measure key KPIs to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and ensure continued alignment with business objectives.
Act as the internal champion for partners, ensuring strong communication and seamless integrations.
Stay up to date with fintech and financial services trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities.

Required
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar role, ideally in fintech, financial services, or high-growth startups.
Exceptional financial acumen, with an understanding of credit based products as a plus.
A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling successful partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
Exceptional negotiation and deal-structuring abilities, with a focus on driving mutual value.
Analytical mindset with the ability to develop KPIs, analyze partnership performance, and drive data-backed decisions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a passion for solving real-world financial challenges.
