Responsibilities
Identifying potential organizations for partnership development and building relationships with them.
Closing, managing, and enabling partners to successfully refer clients.
Nurturing partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle.
Conceiving, launching, and optimizing co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, email, content sharing).
Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth.
Building and maintaining the partnerships Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.

Required
4+ years of sales experience, particularly in a fast-paced B2B startup environment.
Proven ability to meet and surpass revenue quotas.
Consistent track record of high achievement (top 10%).
Experience in selling HRIS/HCM software or global/fintech products.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience selling through or to partnership channels.
Ability to operate effectively in a distributed and remote work setting.
