Responsibilities
Ensure pay checks are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations which includes US taxpayers and non-US taxpayers
Support the US domestic payroll for both salaried and hourly employees
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to timekeeping, tax payments, and any garnishments or levies for US employees
Process allowances and deductions necessary for global expat employees across over 50 countries

Required
5-7 years of Payroll end to end payroll processing experience with knowledge of multi-state US full cycle payroll(s) and International payrolls.
High School Diploma, college degree preferred. General Accounting courses and/or Payroll courses through the American Payroll Association.
Experience with Workday Payroll.
Strong communications skills along with customer service approach to payroll inquiries.
Generally Accepted Payroll Practices.
Intermediate Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF, Date, Time functions and has used them in formulas.
Working knowledge of domestic payroll laws.
Experience with expat payroll processing.
Experience working with time and attendance data and systems.
