Responsibilities

Process end to end payroll for US and Canada biweekly employees following standard operating procedures and checklists

Process global payroll for additional countries using international vendors and consultants

Review and prepare payroll related journal entries to be posted in the general ledger

Responds to and resolves any employee inquiries regarding payroll-related questions

Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly

Liaise with the People Team, on any employee related payroll issues such as retroactive results, benefits, leaves of absence, PTO and special/ad-hoc circumstances.

Assist with year-end projects and payroll tax/compliance matters

Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

Identifies and recommends updates to payroll procedures
