Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the overall architecture, scalability, and integrity of Workday HCM
Dedicated support for Talent, Compensation and Peakon modules
Manage upgrades, patches, enhancements, and other technical projects as assigned
Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
Lead optimization projects to help the organization realize the full potential of Workday
Ability to generate complex reports and analytics
Partner with business leaders to support business objectives and plans by providing meaningful data to ensure the organization, capabilities and culture align to drive business results
Maintain awareness of current HRIS trends with a focus on developing Workday, service delivery and support
Work in an extremely fast-paced environment, managing conflicting demands, prioritizing projects while demonstrating a positive, “can-do” attitude
Build positive and influential relationships and partnerships with managers as well as employees

Required
Minimum 2-3 years Workday HCM experience as a hands-on System Administrator
2+ years of HR technology experience in a large organization (1000+ employees) with an increasingly complex business environment
Knowledge of general business processes and how data and software applications support them
Strong business acumen with the ability to link strategy with HR solutions
Advanced knowledge of Workday and Microsoft 365
Must be highly autonomous and self-motivated; demonstrating sound judgment, initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
Must have demonstrated natural leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work expeditiously, adapt to continually changing priorities, and demonstrate analytical skills
