Responsibilities

Support the People Services HRBP team by managing day-to-day operations, administration, and contributing to the planning and execution of key programs.
Act as a strategic partner for the assigned business line, driving organizational design, boosting employee engagement, and managing change initiatives.
Collaborate with teams across People Services—such as Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment—and internal partners like Legal to provide expert advice to managers and employees.
Deliver best-practice guidance on a variety of employment-related queries, resolving issues efficiently with proper documentation and seeking leadership input for complex challenges.
Review current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Play a key role in developing and executing employee programs, potentially leading projects or initiatives to drive their success.

Required

4+ years of Human Resources experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
Strong knowledge of US employment laws, regulations, standards, programs, and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, while maintaining high degrees of detail orientation, process flow and compliance with company policies/procedures.
Ability to form strong business relationships with both leaders and employees to establish credibility and amplify partnership.
Strong skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

PHR, SHRM, or CPHR designation are considered an asset.
