Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both front-end and back-end applications.

Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by implementing best practices.

Perform code reviews, application builds, and mentor junior developers.

Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Leverage database expertise to design and optimize database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Participate in code reviews, freely giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Implement automated build and release definitions.

Write unit and integration tests.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.

Research new and innovative technologies and discuss the pros and cons of adopting them.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

5+ years’ experience coding in PHP using both procedural and object-oriented methodologies

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Strong proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as React or Vue.js

Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Preferred

Advanced degree

Experience in SSO and Identity management such as Okta, Auth0, AD

Experience in Big Data reporting

A portfolio of past projects and code samples
