Responsibilities
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and other data visualization tools to support business needs.
Debug existing dashboards while simultaneously developing new ones based on stakeholder input.
Attend meetings with business stakeholders to gather and interpret reporting requirements.
Document report/dashboard requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Functionally support manufacturing and supply chain teams by understanding their "wants" and translating them into actionable insights.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Lead projects within a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
Support change management efforts as the team establishes its processes.

Required
Exceptional experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write simple commands and codes.
Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain teams at a functional level.
7+ years of professional experience.
BS degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Econometrics, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple projects at once.
Strong ability to work independently and lead projects.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document requirements.
Preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with Snowflake and its integrated applications.
