Responsibilities

Manage all pricing functions and support cost analysis and estimating functions for major bids.

Develop flexible financial models to support cost proposals and management decision-making, including ROMs and What-if Scenarios.

Develop and prepare cost volume narratives and compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with solicitation requirements.

Assist with strategic thinking and insights to achieve Price To Win (PTW) target values and present pricing scenarios to management for bid approval.

Design and implement budget and planning tools that provide timely feedback of financial status, ensuring accuracy and integrity of management reports.

Support audit requests and collaborate on special projects.

Work closely with Business Development, Operating Groups, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Payroll Departments to ensure systems and processes capture required financial details for budgeting and planning.

Perform other duties as assigned.
