Responsibilities
Work closely with Sales teams to conduct financial analysis, structure deals, and align with pricing strategy.
Improve discounting approach through data-driven and standardized methods.
Collaborate with Pricing team to update pricing strategy, price books, and best practices.
Build financial models for scenario analysis, profitability optimization, and data-driven decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to automate deal desk processes.
Drive quarterly reporting on Deal Desk program efficacy and pricing integrity.
Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes, tools, and infrastructure.
Create dashboards for pricing visibility and margin expansion opportunities.

Required
5+ years of relevant experience (deal desk pricing experience strongly preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, engineering, or other similar discipline
Prior experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ or similar quoting tools
B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on business acumen
Fundamental understanding of pricing concepts and frameworks and a genuine interest in that domain
Ability to synthesize findings into essential insights and communicate them effectively to senior management
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Ability to learn and work independently
Ability to work and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
High/expert level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Humility, Kindness, Curiosity, and a strong sense of ethics
Preferred
B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred
