Responsibilities

Gather and document customer business requirements with attention to detail

Work with customers to configure NetSuite software (NetSuite Field Service Management) to support customer business requirements

Demonstrate use of critical thinking skills to evaluate customer needs and processes to best fit NetSuite Field Service Management features; use of creative thinking to aid in customer adoption of NetSuite Field Service Management

Collaborate and connect with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery

Analyze and architect solutions for business requirements which may include sophisticated configurations and/or technical components

Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite

Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations

Perform quality reviews of results developed by other team members

Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets

Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

Mentor and review the work of more junior NetSuite Field Service Management consulting team members

Required

Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Functional Consultant for NetSuite ERP

Strong experience with AR/AP/Projects/CRM/Support

Preferred

Experience in any of the Field Service Management (FSM) system: Jobber, ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, MSI, Shepherd, a plus.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
