Responsibilities

Develops and implements integrated marketing programs.
Develops the business case, strategies, budgets, executions, measurement, and ongoing enhancements to meet reputational and growth objectives.
Leads sponsorship and/or partnership strategies, including concepting, evaluation, creation, and activation efforts.
Oversees the creation of all types of content to achieve reputational and messaging aims.
Utilizes omni-channel marketing models incorporating paid, owned, earned, and shared content strategies.
Develops reputational KPI's, listening tools, and the strategies for tracking and measuring program impact on reputation on a regional or global basis.
Leverages insights to strengthen programs and build new strategies.
Builds and maintains stakeholder contact programs and databases to directly connect and share Medtronic's point of view and insight to the right audiences.
Establishes, executes, and tracks budget in accordance with annual plan.

Required

Bachelors degree required
Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Preferred

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
Proven experience in brand marketing within healthcare or other highly regulated industry
Demonstrated experience guiding senior leaders to align on decisions
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including understanding of medical terminology, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations
Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across geographies, product lines, and customer types
Experience working in or managing creative, PR, and trade media agencies
Demonstrated experience leveraging trade advertising, social media, programmatic advertising, and account-based advertising as part of integrated campaigns
Strong analytical skills with ability to build businesses cases to secure funding
Knowledge of WorkFront or similar creative project management system
Knowledge of Veeva or similar regulated approval system
Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across the matrix
Ability to rapidly adapt to changes in priorities and persevere through ambiguity
Strong communication, project management, and attention to detail
