Responsibilities
Resolving end user complex network issues using provided access and approved enterprise tools available to the team.
Support business critical applications hosted on BAE network and work closely with ESSIT network service team by providing support documentation to ensure all services meet the needs of the customer and approved network technical designed solutions.
Focusing on multiple technology services including A10 Load Balance switch, Cisco route/switch and some firewall in order to support end-end solution to the business stake holders.
Support role of Technical Service Ownership providing required service documentation supporting all security compliance requirements.

Required
BS Degree 10+ years of experience OR 10+ years IT Network Admin experience in lieu of degree
Must have a deep understanding of route/switch hardware and layer 2 & 3 routing protocols.
CCNA or equivalent years of experience supporting Cisco and/or A10 Load Balance services
US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Preferred
Fluid in reading wireshark packet capture
Understanding of Ansible and other automation solution and languages such as Python
