Responsibilities

Provide technical support as necessary

Establish process metrics and goals

Develop and issue process designs

Make Flooring, including Luxury Vinyl plank flooring and foam PVC flooring

Spend a majority of time on the shop floor, hands-on with machinery

Spec machinery for new projects

Utilize good mechanical knowledge, process knowledge, lean mentality, and industrial engineering skills

Manage projects, mentor younger engineers, and lead teams from different functions

Work in a manufacturing and industrial environment, not in design, lab, or R&D engineering

Get involved in machine specification, supplier visits, installation leadership, and full runoff planning
