Responsibilities

Manage contracts and license agreements to ensure that obligations are met and the process for tracking renewals or replacement of existing agreements is managed and scalable

Prepare RFQs and bid documents, analyze and evaluate proposals, and administer the evaluation process

Actively manage designated suppliers and contribute to initiatives aimed at bettering financial and operational performance

Negotiate favorable terms and conditions

Provide thought leadership from a procurement/sourcing perspective and work with business partners to develop new and creative strategies

Help troubleshoot and resolve process issues impacting internal stakeholders

Work with legal and finance on approval of agreements per signature authorization policy

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or a technical field

Minimum of 5+ years in a professional procurement function with 3 years in a technology category

Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to work with suppliers

Understanding of technical solutions available in the marketplace

Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication

Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence senior leadership

Strong financial and analytical skills
