Responsibilities

Lead the creation of story-driven learning content, conducting high-stakes, conversational interviews with influential leaders to uncover untold and impactful narratives.

Recognize and distill the most compelling elements of interviews to weave together cohesive and engaging stories that drive learning objectives.

Oversee the end-to-end production process, from casting and conducting interviews to editing and curating content for optimal learner impact.

Guide or directly execute video editing, transforming raw interviews into concise, polished materials that serve as core elements of learning modules.

Work cross-functionally across Guild and externally to identify, source, and secure high-impact storytellers, ensuring a diverse range of compelling content aligned to learning goals.

Support content organization and management, maintaining a well-curated library of stories to enhance scalability and reusability.
