Responsibilities

Lead large, multi-disciplinary digital product design projects, from strategy to execution, including deliverables like design systems and AI-driven design languages.

Required

5–8 years of experience producing complex digital projects, with a strong emphasis on product design and development.

Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level clients and leading large internal teams with professionalism and respect.

Deep familiarity with digital product management processes, approaches, and best practices.

The ability to 'translate' between the client, internal teams, and project work, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

A strong understanding of design systems, user experience principles, and emerging technologies like AI in product design.

A track record of balancing strategic vision with day-to-day project execution.

The ability to inspire confidence and clarity in ambiguous situations while driving towards successful outcomes.

Preferred

Ideally located on the East Coast and/or able to work EST hours for this project.
