Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the client.
Serve as the primary account voice, understanding and addressing client goals and expectations.
Provide expertise that influences client perspectives and decision-making.
Actively seek and apply client feedback to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
Manage the overarching annual program budget, up to $1 million.
Ensure budget adherence while maintaining project quality and client satisfaction.
Oversee the development and implementation of account strategies that align with client objectives.
Coordinate with Inter-Agency Team (IAT) including advertising agency, influencer agency, social media agency and CRM agency to facilitate a smooth workflow and efficient communication.
Identify new opportunities for client partnerships and activations - present to client as part of ongoing brand strategy.
Report to account leadership with status updates on risks, opportunities, and pain points regularly.
Lead project execution from initial briefing to final delivery, overseeing all phases to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, managing the Brand Team in conjunction with the Field Team.
Participate in and help foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration in all processes and engagements, both internally within the agency and externally with clients and vendors.
Be adaptable and available for deployment on other projects as needed, either in a producer role or as on-site support beyond Casamigos client and as identified by the Director of Production.
Escalate overall project health concerns to the executive sponsor for coaching and support to meet team delivery goals.
Allocate and manage resources effectively, including producers, coordinators, and creative teams as needed.
Identify and onboard additional resources when necessary for project success.
Ensure the team is well-prepared and equipped to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Be willing to travel approximately 25-30% for events, activations, and client meetings.
Participate in one to two company offsites annually.
Drive high-quality execution of campaigns, balancing creative and production needs.
Act as the go-to point for troubleshooting issues and ensuring solutions align with the brand's goals.
Lead by example, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.
