Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with internal partners (such as Product Portfolio Management, Product Delivery Teams, Client Support and Operations, Compliance/Risk, Information Security, etc.)
Review and understand internally developed and SaaS products, configurations, customizations and release notes
Elicit and capture business requirements and usage patterns to discern system impacts
Document and map current and future state business processes, data flows, systems integrations and other relevant visual diagrams to aid in collaboration
Notify partner teams of impacts related to product releases and routine maintenance activity
Work in a team to create and deliver functional user stories (specifications) based on architecture/design/business processes
Determine top use cases and platform synergies to drive continuous delivery of value
Manage implementation of product updates and maintain related application configurations
Manage work items within the product backlogs, collaborating with SaaS partners and in-house teammates on delivery
Perform quality assurance to ascertain compliance to requirements
Train and assist the internal partners and the end user community with acceptance testing and production readiness
Work with internal teams on completing internal and external audit requests

Required
Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or business discipline, or related field
4-7 years of technology experience in a business systems analyst or similar function in the Financial Services sector
Craves knowledge and enjoys learning new skills
Enjoys planning, organizing, collaborating with team members, sharing skills, and learning from others
Experience implementing technology solutions to support 1031 Exchanges, Interest Bearing Accounts
Experience supporting or implementing commercial banking platforms
Working knowledge of Azure Fundamentals (or AZ-900 certification)
Working Knowledge of SQL
Business Analysis certification (CBAP or similar)
Agile methodology certification (SAFe preferred)
General understanding of commercial banking and sub-accounting concepts
Technical experience implementing, supporting or administering internally developed and SaaS platform products
Experience working in a fast-paced, test-to-learn, and iterative software delivery environment utilizing Agile development methodologies, techniques and tools
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in incident management, triaging issues and implementing resolutions
Ability to discern complex explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various business and technical stakeholders
Ability to convey complex business and technical information in a concise manner
Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, processes, and policies of a business area
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
