Responsibilities

Develop a team of product designers with a healthy culture, where they grow in their careers.

Required

7+ years of years of product design experience

3+ years of experience managing a diverse team of UX & UI designers

Ability with both oversight and creation of user experience design deliverables—including wireframes, customer journeys, concepts, and information design

UX/UI design, research, and new product development experience

Experience designing world-class mobile experiences (both native apps and responsive in-browser designs)

Demonstrated strength with building relationships and communicating both internally and externally

An outstanding portfolio that shows expertise and leadership in customer-focused product and content design solutions

Excellent verbal, written, and public-speaking skills
