Responsibilities

Develop and implement research strategies to create personas and user journeys for a groundbreaking product. This includes foundational research to comprehend the landscape without our solution, and user testing to pinpoint enhancements.

Design a novel product category with intricate information architecture needs.

Collaborate intensively with product and engineering teams. Host design jams, and produce artifacts to foster team cohesion and clarity around design objectives.

Partner with product and engineering to establish team roadmaps, and research agendas that effectively drive our ambitions.

Regularly iterate with users to progressively refine the product.

Strong UX research and prototyping skills
