Responsibilities

Develop and execute design strategies aligned with the company's vision, emphasizing enterprise-level solutions and complex workflows.

Design tools to empower sellers, automate processes, and enhance productivity on the platform.

Advocate for a seller-centric design approach through user research, usability testing, and feedback gathering.

Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate design concepts consistently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize seller workflows in alignment with business goals and user needs.

Provide mentorship to other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous growth.

Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility, identifying areas for improvement.

Required

10+ years of experience in product design

Proven experience as a product designer with a focus on enterprise-level solutions, e-commerce, tooling, and complex workflows

Excellent portfolio showcasing design skills, thought process, and product impact

Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Deep understanding of user experience design principles and testing methodologies

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple concurrent projects

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills allowing clear articulation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
