Responsibilities
Lead the design process for key product features from concept to implementation, focusing on user-first principles.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces.
Own the production and iteration of high-quality designs, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.
Develop prototypes to test and validate design concepts, ensuring alignment with user empathy and usability principles.
Optimize onboarding processes and account abstraction flows, reducing friction points for new users.
Apply a developer-first mindset to create user experiences that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Present design solutions and articulate design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Required
Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, especially in user-centric and technical domains.
Strong skills in user empathy and understanding user flows across complex systems.
Experience designing for Web3, blockchain, or technical platforms is highly desirable.
Expertise in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Ability to work hybrid in London or New York (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with data-driven design decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
A strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Preferred
Experience in creating designs for notable crypto or DeFi applications.
Technical background or familiarity with developer tools, account abstraction, or blockchain ecosystems.
Background in onboarding flow optimisations and improving user engagement in technical systems.
