Responsibilities
Drive Innovation: Lead the design process for complex product domains, owning large and ambiguous projects from concept to delivery.
Create Seamless Designs: Develop wireframes, visual comps, flows, and prototypes that align with the brand and deliver intuitive user experiences.

Leverage Research: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and workshops to synthesize insights that inform design decisions.
Iterate Rapidly: Refine concepts quickly, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Mentor Designers: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to peers and interns, fostering skill growth and design excellence.
Champion the Brand: Lead initiatives that strengthen internal design culture and uphold brand standards.

Required
8+ years in end-to-end digital product design with a focus on UX/UI and visual design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, UX/UI, HCI, or a related field.
Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design, data science, and experimentation.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through UX/UI/IA design.
Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers.
Impeccable execution and time management skills.
Skilled in Figma, Adobe CC, Principle, and Keynote.
Experience in designing for web, iOS, Android, enterprise platforms, and email.
Ability to create and influence design standards across teams.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional digital product design work is required.
Preferred
Experience designing, managing, and evaluating 3D artifact designs.
Strong user research skills to plan, conduct, and synthesize actionable insights.
A passion for innovation and curiosity about emerging technology and digital trends.
