Responsibilities

Lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of our current design system to ensure it is scalable, consistent, and adaptable to various products and platforms.

Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams to create design components.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Product Design, Graphic, Visual Arts or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on design systems and UX.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices for inclusive design, ensuring designs are accessible to diverse user groups.

Portfolio showcasing design systems, UX design, and successful product design projects.

Demonstrated proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.

Preferred

Solid understanding of front-end development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.

Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders.

Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems for large-scale products.
