Responsibilities
Utilize your full range of interaction, user experience, and visual design skills to craft amazing, world-class solutions for our customers.
Partner closely with product management and engineering.
Understand and represent users in product decisions with peers during tradeoff, timeline, and experience discussions.
Gain a deep knowledge of the workflows and pain points for various personas in our industry through user interviews.
Regularly test and iterate proposed design solutions with our customers.
Be responsible for the product areas you design, while also having the support of your design peers.
Help define new design patterns where necessary, working with other designers and engineers to implement them.

Required
Proven track record of envisioning and delivering high-quality products that start as new and ambiguous ideas.
Portfolio demonstrating design examples.
Experience working on enterprise-level B2B (or B2B2C) SaaS solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once and protect focus time.
Ability to make complex workflows seem simple and natural.
Proactive communicator who seeks out critical feedback early and often.
Ability to utilize both asynchronous and synchronous communication methods appropriately.
Humble, confident, and curious attitude.
Ability to work well with others to deliver solutions within constraints.
Deep experience with Figma and Miro (or related tools) for creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
Knowledge of design and interaction beyond static mockups.
Mastery of UX writing and grammar.
Understanding of how people use browsers on various devices and how that impacts design approach.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc., and ability to work closely with developers.
