Responsibilities

Leverage extensive experience in product design to create digital experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Showcase a strong portfolio with a focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for digital products across web and mobile platforms.
Utilize advanced skills in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes, ensuring polished and effective visualizations.
Apply deep understanding of user-centered design principles, utilizing methodologies such as user research, wireframing, and usability testing to craft intuitive and effective user experiences that address real user needs.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible, with a foundational understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design and development.
Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, supporting collaborative, informed decision-making.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and apply these insights to inform design decisions.
Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and test ideas, iterating based on feedback from users, product managers, and engineers.
Partner with product managers and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product goals and technical constraints, facilitating smooth handoffs and effective implementation of design solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines, fostering a cohesive and unified user experience across products and platforms.
Incorporate feedback from user testing and stakeholder reviews, iterating on designs to enhance usability, functionality, and overall user satisfaction.

Required

5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.

Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design rationale.
Ability to use data and user feedback to iterate on designs for improved user experience.
