Responsibilities

Own the core user journey on the Crux transferable tax credit platform: a suite of tools that allow developers & manufacturers to list their credits, negotiate with buyers, prepare for a transaction, and then execute that transaction seamlessly

Eliminate friction throughout that experience to continuously make it more efficient, transparent & liquid

Leverage our industry-leading data to guide your UX decision-making, and weave that data throughout the product in ways that make the experience better

Collaborate directly with our customer-facing teams to validate those solutions, and with our engineers to implement them

Help us build Crux by telling us where we can improve: for our customers, as a team, and as a company

Required

Ideally 5+ years of experience but we recognize there are amazing designers with less experience and we're open to chatting with you for Product Designer leveling.

You’ve owned the user experience of a significant product, ideally through multiple phases.

Data is central to how you think about user experience, and ideally you’ve built & shipped user-facing data experiences.

You enjoy building and cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

You have experience successfully leading and building culture for remote-first teams.

You are excited about using your skills to make sustainable finance more efficient and interconnected.

Comfortable designing for multiple personas in a start up environment.

You are a quick learner and get close to the problem areas and domain space.

You have familiar with design systems and creating to new components.
