Responsibilities

Evolve our product design language by creating foundational elements, components, patterns, templates, and pages

Build and maintain design system artifacts including a Figma library, documentation, and tooling

Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and leadership to improve our patient experience

Design flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes that translate product needs into systematic design solutions

Work cross-functionally with product and engineering partners to represent design, facilitate design discussions, and ensure design quality

Required

Have 4+ years of experience as an individual contributor on a Product Design team for desktop and mobile applications

Highly proficient with designing and prototyping using the Figma features – auto-layout, components, variables, etc.

Have an outstanding portfolio, showcasing attention to detail, divergent thinking, and a strong foundation in typography, interaction, and visual design

Ability to explore ideas and build consensus on fast-moving projects with varying degrees of ambiguity

Prior experience working on a Design System; a plus if you’ve built a Design System 0-1
