Responsibilities

Own design strategy and delivery (research, journey mapping, workshops, wireframing, prototyping and testing, pixel-perfect visual design delivery) in conjunction with our UX Research team

Support cross-functional agile teams to create industry-leading sales journeys

Work closely with UX researchers, product owners, digital managers, content strategists, the design system team, and other stakeholders

Use a comprehensive understanding of interaction design theory, visual design theory, research data and best practices to inform design decisions

Design purposeful and data-driven solutions

Pair and collaborate with other designers by sharing best practices, ideation techniques, and usability principles

Promote and practice open communication and contribute to a transparent and collaborative team culture
