Responsibilities
Design innovative solutions that exceed the needs and expectations of our user base.
Advocate for a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, firm owners, and end-users.
Collaborate with teams from across the org including Engineering, Legal Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
Exhibit ownership and back-up design decisions with data.
Clarify and navigate through ambiguous project goals.
Take into account technical limitations involved in software development.
Craft compelling stories that contextualize design ideas in real-life scenarios.
Actively facilitate and remain open to feedback.
Champion usability and accessibility.

Required
5+ years in Product Design, UX Design, or Software Engineering
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills
Proficient in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
Experience with user research and data-driven design
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate
Preferred
Bonus: experience in AI, legal tech, and social impact projects
