Responsibilities
Craft impactful, intuitive, and delightful user experiences for our customers
Own the whole design process—from learning about users and sketching ideas to crafting polished prototypes that are ready to ship
Iterate a lot—usually 7+ times before we even loop in engineering and 10+ times before we launch anything
Course-correct quickly based on real customer feedback and how people actually use the product
Ensure Motion’s team is one of the highest talent-density teams in the world
Take ownership of projects and lead them to completion while dealing with ambiguity and finding the right balance between speed and quality
Quickly familiarize yourself with a complex product
Collaborate effectively with other talented employees and work well in an environment where the best ideas win

Required
You know your way around Figma and can crank out everything from quick wireframes to polished prototypes.
You’re comfortable working fast, keeping files organized, and using components and design systems to keep things clean and consistent.
You are ambitious and always looking for ways to improve.

You are a fast learner and can quickly familiarize yourself with a complex product.
